Alida is a dedicated physiotherapist who is passionate about improving the health of others and enhancing their quality of life.
Having graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2017, she has honed her skills and expertise in various areas of physiotherapy. Alida finds purpose in assisting individuals on their journey to recovery though return-to-sport programs, rehabilitation, balance training, and Pilates.
One of Alida's primary areas of focus is working with lower limb injuries, where she employs her knowledge and experience to aid patients in their healing process and regain mobility. Additionally, she has a special fondness for working with children, helping them overcome physical challenges and achieve their developmental milestones.
Throughout her career, Alida has garnered a reputation for her empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care. She believes in building strong connections with her patients and understanding their unique needs to tailor personalised treatment plans.
When not in the clinic, Alida can often be found running after her two little girls. She loves playing golf, gardening, going for hikes and loves enjoying a coffee with her family and friends. She has found an interest in op-shopping and enjoying learning arts and crafts skills, singing and dancing.
