Strength and Conditioning 
  • Tues/ Thursday mornings 
  • Improve mobility, strength and stamina. Rotate through several exercise stations separated by brief, timed rest intervals. A fantastic way to get your power training completed in a motivating and fun environment

    This class utilises resistance training with bodyweight exercises, including our weighted machines and free weights. The world health guidelines state all adults should be doing two strengthening sessions a week - come and give this class a go!

  • Mens Pilates Monday 
  • Pilates is a body conditioning method developed nearly 100 years ago in Germany. It is unique because the technique works on strengthening, lengthening and toning muscles, improving posture, and increasing your flexibility and balance. Essentially Pilates emphasises the importance of beginning the movement from the core, and physiotherapists use Pilates clinically to promote injury recovery, restore muscle imbalances and re-educate the body to prevent injury recurrence.
