Charlie grew up in Upper Hutt before moving to Auckland to complete her Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) at AUT, graduating in 2024. She is now excited to have relocated to Tauranga, drawn by its stunning beaches and vibrant outdoor lifestyle.

As a passionate distance runner with a background in competitive sport, Charlie’s journey into physiotherapy was shaped by her own experiences with training, injuries, and recovery. These experiences have cultivated a strong interest in treating running-related injuries and a broader passion for supporting individuals to stay active and engaged in sport. Charlie is deeply committed to helping her patients achieve their goals—whether it’s returning to sport, maintaining an active lifestyle, or enhancing their overall quality of life.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys running along Tauranga’s beautiful beaches, exploring the outdoors, and discovering the best local coffee spots. She looks forward to meeting new people, contributing to their health and wellness, and helping them get back to doing what they love.
