Breathing Assessment and Rehabilitation

At least 1 in 10 people, of all ages, worldwide, experience some form of breathing pattern disorder or chronic overbreathing at some stage in their lives.

Do you or someone you know have a breathing pattern disorder?

Typical symptoms are:

  • Frequent sighing and yawning
  • Disturbed sleep
  • Erratic heartbeats*
  • Feeling anxious and uptight
  • Pins and needles
  • Upset gut/nausea
  • Clammy hands
  • Twitches or tremors*
  • Chest Pains*
  • Shattered confidence
  • Tired all the time
  • Achy muscles and joints
  • Dizzy spells* or feeling spaced out
  • Irritability or hypervigilance
  • Feelings of 'air hunger'
  • Reflux or gastrointestinal upset

Breathing physiotherapy can help resolve persistent coughing in children.

Poor breathing can cause dizziness or can exacerbate dizziness that has another cause

Book in for an initial appointment which is 1 hour and includes assessment and treatment/rehab programme. Follow ups are 30 minutes.
