Vertigo & Vestibular Rehabilitation

The Vestibular System is responsible for maintaining balance, posture and the body's orientation in space. This system also regulates movement and keeps objects in visual focus as the body moves.

Problems with the vestibular system are commonly caused by:

  • concussion,
  • drug toxicity,
  • degenerative conditions,
  • stroke
  • BPPV
  • other neurological conditions.

Do you or someone you know experience any of the following symptoms?

  • Dizziness
  • Vertigo
  • A feeling of objects moving
  • Blurred vision
  • Dizziness with specific movements
  • Difficulties with balance and gait

Book in for an initial appointment which is 1 hour and includes assessment and treatment with our vestibular consultant - Donna Johnstone.

Results are rapid and generally long lasting. The majority of patients require 1 -2 sessions only in order to resolve their vestibular symptoms and you will be given an individualised rehab programme specific to your needs.
